I am so honored to be part of this cookbook along with 16 other Wellness Warrior Women! This is more than just another cookbook. In addition to amazing recipes you will also find personal healing stories from Health & Wellness Professionals, Paleo Business Owners, Health Coaches, a Naturopath Doctor, and Real Food Bloggers. We share how we overcame our health challenges and autoimmune diseases through a real food healing diet, alternative therapies, and a natural approach. This book is filled with delicious recipes that use Paleo ingredients, and when applicable include notes on how to adapt the recipes to be AIP, SCD, GAPS, and/or Vegan.
