ZERO effort dinner idea (well except for the topping prep the night before).
These chicken enchilada bowls are a go to in our house especially on busy soccer nights.
I cook organic chicken breast in Frontera Foods red or green enchilada sauce (or any brand you like) in the crock pot all day, shred and then top with our favorite toppings such as avocado, jalapeño, red onion, radish, and cilantro.
Seriously the easiest dinner you will ever make and so delish! Hope you enjoy this easy and delicious recipe as much as I do.
