Garlic Sage Olive Oil

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
Instructions
- In a small pan heat oil, garlic and sage over medium heat. The oil will sizzle quickly in about 1-2 min.
- As soon as it is sizzling and you see small bubbles coming form the bottom of the pan remove from heat.
- Allow to sit until cool.
- The flavors will continue to come out as it cools.
