This summer I have been nuts about pesto. I have quite a few more pesto recipes coming your way soon. I love basic pine nut pesto but there is something about interesting about using other nuts and seeds. This pesto has amazing flavor and texture and can be whipped up in a snap. I am also a fan of using avocado oil for some pestos due to its milder flavor. There are 2 other recipes that use this pesto. Watermelon with Pepita Pesto + Balsamic Reduction and Spinach Watermelon Pesto Salad. Enjoy!
